New Luxury Developments in Vilamoura

Vilamoura is now home to two new luxury developments, Terracotta and Nobilus, which are set to redefine modern and sustainable living. Both projects will feature NOS Smart Home technology, integrating safety, comfort, and energy efficiency.

Overview of Terracotta and Nobilus

Terracotta Development

Launched at the end of June, the Terracotta development offers 87 apartments ranging from T2 to T4, with sizes between 78 and 157 square meters. Located 10 minutes from the center of Vilamoura, these units are inspired by modern architecture and surrounded by a green pine forest. Terracotta features private gardens and a common area with a swimming pool surrounded by sand.

Nobilus Development

Nobilus, located just 5 minutes from the center of Vilamoura, offers 47 apartments from T2 to T4, ranging from 107 to 202 square meters. This development uses cross-laminated timber (CLT) for more ecological construction. The units include private and communal swimming pools, as well as private parking.

Advanced Smart Home Features

Integration of NOS Smart Home Technology

Both Terracotta and Nobilus are equipped with NOS Smart Home technology, ensuring advanced security, protection, and automation for lighting, blinds, and air conditioning. This technology is particularly beneficial for foreign residents, with a dashboard and app adapted to 19 different languages.

NOS Director’s Perspective

Daniel Beato, Director of NOS, stated: “We are very pleased to have projects already signed by NOS Smart Home from North to South of the country. This is further proof of the added value that this solution can bring in terms of sustainability and efficiency. It also demonstrates the versatility of NOS Smart Home, which adjusts to various project profiles, whether more sustainable or premium, and caters to different owners regardless of their nationality.”

Norfin Group’s View

Henrique Rodrigues da Silva, COO of the Norfin Group, emphasized: “A flexible smart home option from the point of view of installation requirements, coupled with a solid partner with a high national presence in customer support, was an important factor in our choice. This respects the level of demand and quality that Lusotur SIC places on all projects in Vilamoura.”

Project Timeline

The construction of Terracotta and Nobilus began in Q2 2024, with completion expected between late 2025 and May 2026.
